Booking Questions

I have booked incorrectly – can I change my ticket or get a refund?

  • We can change the date and time of your travel, but not the direction of travel (subject to availability). Please contact us with your name, reservation number and revised date/time. 
  • Due to the low-cost nature of our service, we cannot refund tickets, but you can travel in the same direction at a later date by giving us 24 hours notice so we can re-sell your seat.
  • Direction of travel cannot be changed within our system.  (eg: Girona – Perpignan can not be changed to Perpignan – Girona)
  • NB : Special promotional or flash sale price tickets are non exchangeable and non refundable.

How do I know that my booking has been confirmed?

  • You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your booking has been successfully processed.  This will include a booking reference and confirmation of the dates, times, direction and number of passengers. 
  • If you don’t receive this email within an hour or your transaction and if it is not in your spam or junk mail folder, please contact us.

Can I book more than one ticket in my name?

  • You can book as many tickets as you like however please remember to bring your reference number or print off your email confirmation as proof of purchase.
  • Please also note that as FROGBUS crosses the border between France and Spain our drivers are obliged to make sure that all passengers boarding the bus have a valid form of ID (Passport/Drivers Licence/National Identity Card).

My computer froze/crashed while I was booking, is my seat reserved?

  • If you have successfully made a booking you will receive a confirmation email, normally within a few minutes. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your booking please try to book again.

Do I need to book in advance?

  • In order to avail of our cheapest fares, you should book on-line.  FROGBUS will accept bookings up until 17h00 (French time) on the day prior to travel. Alternatively, subject to availability, our last minute price of 20€ is payable to the driver.
