Q. How do I get the best FROGBUS fares?
Book on-line and in advance, the first few seats on each FROGBUS are reserved for internet bookings at ONLY €5. Our standard adult fare is €14, children under 14 fare is €7.50. Tickets can be booked on-line until 5pm (French time) the day before travel. If you are trying to book after 5pm on the day before you wish to travel please contact us to check availability. Q. Why is there no https//... address on the URL bar ?
The Frogbus.com payment procedure IS secure. The reason you don’t see an https//…. address in the URL bar is that our booking engine and subsequent payment gateway are in an “i-frame” embedded in our site. We have done this to ensure a simple booking process with no confusing pop-up frames or transferral to different websites. Unfortunately only the main page information is displayed in the URL bar and where the SSL padlock would normally be.Q. What will my FROGBUS look like?

Q. I've made a mistake while booking, can I change my FROGBUS booking?
Subject to availability, we will change a booking time for the same date as originally booked. Please contact us with your name, reservation number and the FROGBUS time that you would like to change to. Please note that we are not able to change the direction of a booking (ie Perpignan to Girona when you intended to book Girona to Perpignan). If you have booked a ticket in the wrong direction we cannot change this in our internal system, a new booking must be made.

Q. Can I book more than one ticket in my name?
Yes. You can book as many tickets as you like however please remember to bring your reference number or print off your email confirmation as proof of purchase. Please also note that as FROGBUS crosses the border between France and Spain our drivers are obliged to make sure that all passengers boarding the bus have a valid form of ID (Passport/Drivers Licence/National Identity Card)
Q. Will FROGBUS wait for me?
FROGBUS leaves at the appointed departure times. It is your responsibility to be at the bus stop 15 minutes prior to departure time. For departures from Girona Airport we will monitor arrival times for pre-booked customers and will do our upmost to accomodate flight delays of up to 15 mins. Remember your pre-booked ticket is valid for the date of travel so if your flight is delayed you can travel on the next available FROGBUS.
Q. Do you offer group or child discounts?
Yes. If you are booking for more than 5 please contact us for a quotation. Our children under 14 fare is €7.50 which can be booked directly on the booking form by clicking here.
Q. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, to guarantee your seat and get our cheapest fares please book on-line. Internet bookings must be made by 5pm on the day prior to travel. We will accept cash payment onboard FROGBUS if there are seats available, our last minute price is €20 per single trip. Book on-line and in advance for our best prices.
Q. Where else can I buy tickets? Can I book by telephone?
Frogbus operate a partnership with the following SELECTOUR travel agents in the Perpignan area, where tickets can be booked in person or by telephone. Opening hours are 9 – 12pm and 2pm – 6pm Monday to Saturday. Please note that only French may be spoken.

Q. How much notice will I get of timetable changes if I have purchased a ticket?
We do not envisage any situation where we would not be able to give a minimum of 7 days notice of timetable changes, however, to satisfy insurance and regulatory requirements, we are obliged to reserve the right to to cancel without notice to cover events beyond our control, commonly known as force majeure. Where timetable changes affect advance ticket purchases, ticketholders will be offered an alternative journey on the same date or a full refund.
Q. How do I book a taxi from the Le Boulou stop? Do you offer other taxi services?
For taxi fares and booking from our Le Boulou stop please click here. Taxis maintain a 24 hour presence at Perpignan and do not need to be reserved in advance. We only offer a taxi service from our Le Boulou stop.
Q. Can I get off FROGBUS at Le Boulou and get a later FROGBUS to Perpignan/Girona airport?Your ticket is valid for the full Perpignan – Girona airport trip on your date of travel, just let the driver know that you will be getting back on at Le Boulou for a later FROGBUS.

Q. My computer froze/crashed while I was booking, is my seat reserved?
If you have successfully made a booking you will receive a confirmation email, normally within a few minutes. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your booking please try and book again.
Q. Can you provide baby seats?
Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to travel and we can arrange to have a baby seat onboard FROGBUS.
